Chewy Apricot Bars
Makes 12 barsIngredients500ml(2cups) Self-raising cake flour10ml (2t) Cinnamon Pinch of Salt 150ml Bran 150ml Oats 50g Dried Apricots, chopped 350 ml (238 g) SUGAlite 100ml Fat Free Milk | |
Method
- Mix the cake flour, cinnamon, salt, bran, oats and dried apricots together in a mixing bowl.
- Combine the SUGAlite and milk together. Warm in the microwave until the SUGAlite has dissolved.
- Add the SUGAlite and milk mixture to the dry ingredients; mix well.
- Press the mixture into a greased lamington cake tin (16cm x 26cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden. When still warm cut into squares.
