Coffee Sauce
Makes about 200 mlIngredients10 ml (2 tsp) Instant Coffee Powder150 ml Double Cream 15 ml (1 tbsp) Milk 30 ml (2 tbsp) Huletts Castor Sugar A few drops of Vanilla Essence |

Method
- Dissolve the coffee powder in 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of hot water in a bowl and leave to cool slightly.
- Stir in the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Whisk until the cream begins to hold its shape.
