Mango & Yoghurt Treat
Ingredients3–4 Fresh Mangoes, peeled and sliced (or when not in season, 1 can of drained mango pieces)500 ml Plain Greek Yoghurt 250 ml (1 cup) Huletts Treacle Sugar Mint, to decorate |

Method
- In individual bowls or one large bowl, place a layer of mango pieces. Top with a layer of yoghurt.
- Sprinkle a thick layer of Treacle Sugar on top. Continue layering until all the ingredients are used up.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
Note: The Treacle Sugar will dissolve into a tasty syrup.
