Orange Cooler
IngredientsRind and juice of 6 Oranges2 500 ml (10 cups) Huletts White Sugar 2 packets Citric Acid 12 g (1 packet) Tartaric Acid 14 g (1 packet) Epsom Salts 1 500 ml (6 cups) Boiling Water |

Method
- Combine all the ingredients. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Leave the mixture to stand overnight. Strain and bottle.
- To serve, pour a little of the orange syrup in a glass and top up with iced water.
