Thirst quenchers

Orange Cooler


Ingredients

Rind and juice of 6 Oranges
2 500 ml (10 cups) Huletts White Sugar
2 packets Citric Acid
12 g (1 packet) Tartaric Acid
14 g (1 packet) Epsom Salts
1 500 ml (6 cups) Boiling Water

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Leave the mixture to stand overnight. Strain and bottle.
  3. To serve, pour a little of the orange syrup in a glass and top up with iced water.
