Peach Chutney
Ingredients2 kg Yellow Peaches, peeled, stoned and cut up500 g Tart Apples, peeled, cored and cut up 500 g Sultanas 1 Garlic Clove, chopped 1 Medium Onion, sliced 375 g Huletts White Sugar 15 ml (1 tbsp) Salt 10 ml (2 tsp) Ground Ginger 5 ml (1 tsp) Ground Cinnamon 3 ml ( ½ tsp) Cayenne Pepper 1 litre Vinegar |

Method
- Combine the peaches, apples, sultanas and garlic. Mince to desired size if required.
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir over a low heat to dissolve the sugar. Increase the heat and boil until thickened ( ½ an hour as a rough guide).
- Bottle in sterilised jars.
