Delicious Caramel Sauce Recipe


Ingredients

250 ml (1 C) Cream
250 ml (1 C) HULETTS Caramel Sugar
83 ml (⅓ C) HULETTS Castor Sugar
62 ml (¼ C) HULETTS Caramel Syrup
62 ml (¼ C) HULETTS Golden Syrup

5 ml (1 t) Vanilla


Method

  1. Place ingredients into a small pan and place over a high heat.
  2. Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves, then stop stirring and bring to the boil.
  3. Let it bubble rapidly for a few minutes, don’t take your eye off it as it can bubble over.
  4. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for at least 20 minutes.

Tip: You can use it warm or keep in fridge in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks. Give it a stir before using.
