Chai Tea
Ingredients1L Water1 Stick cinnamon 1 knob of fresh ginger - cut into 4 slices 2ml Cardamom seeds 2ml Black peppercorns 3 Whole cloves 5ml Whole coriander seeds 3 Tea bags 250ml Low fat milk 2 Sachets Huletts Equisweet |

Method
- Bring water to the boil in a saucepan.
- Add spices, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the teabags and steep for 10 minutes.
- Add milk and heat to drinking temperature - do not boil
- Strain mixture and stir in Equisweet.
- Serve.
