Ingredients100ml Digestive Bran375ml (1½C) Whole-wheat Flour 250ml (1C) Cake Flour 100ml Oats 60ml (¼C) Chopped pecan nuts 60ml (¼C) Linseed 5ml (1t) Bicarbonate of Soda 5ml (1t) Salt 125ml (½C) Sunflower seeds 30ml (2T) Huletts Molasses 500ml (2C) Buttermilk |

Method
- In a large bowl place the all the dry ingredients, except sunflower seeds.
- Add the molasses and buttermilk to the above and mix well.
- Sprinkle half the sunflower seeds, to line well greased 25cm loaf tin.
- Spoon dough into the tin and sprinkle remaining sunflower seeds on the top of the loaf.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes (1 hour)
- Remove from tin and allow to cool.
