Home Made Mustard
Makes 500mlIngredients4 ex Large Eggs250ml Huletts White Vinegar 60ml dry Mustard 200g (250ml) Huletts White Sugar 5ml salt |

Method
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil over low heat whilst stirring continuously.
- Watch point: Egg curdles very quickly when exposed to direct heat. Keep the heat low and consistent and do not stop stirring until the sauce is cooked.
- Bottle when cold.
