Home Made Mustard

Makes 500ml

Ingredients

4 ex Large Eggs
250ml Huletts White Vinegar
60ml dry Mustard
200g (250ml) Huletts White Sugar
5ml salt

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil over low heat whilst stirring continuously.
  2. Watch point: Egg curdles very quickly when exposed to direct heat. Keep the heat low and consistent and do not stop stirring until the sauce is cooked.
  3. Bottle when cold.
