Mulled Wine
Ingredients1 bottle dry red wine4 sachets HULETTS EQUISWEET 125ml brandy (optional) 2 cinnamon sticks 6 whole cloves A pinch grated nutmeg 2 oranges, thinly sliced 1 lemon, thinly sliced |

Method
- Put all the ingredients in a heavy based pot and bring to just under boiling point.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes without allowing to boil.
- Strain, reserving a few of the orange and lemon slices.
- Serve in glasses garnished with the lemon and orange slices.
- Drink as warm as possible.
