Saucy Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients200 g Chocolate250 ml Cream 2 Egg Whites 60 ml Huletts White Sugar 10 ml (2 tsp) Brandy (optional) |

Method
- Break the chocolate into pieces and add the cream.
- Melt over a low heat.
- Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually beat in the sugar.
- Fold the egg white mixture into the melted chocolate. Add the brandy, if desired.
- Spoon into a serving dish or individual glasses and chill until firm.
Note: If this mousse is made long in advance, the mixture may separate into two layers (a light mousse on top and a rich chocolate sauce below), but is still absolutely decadent.
