Spicy Ginger Biscuits
Ingredients½ cup of Hulets sunsweet Brown sugar2 tb Very finely chopped fresh 1 ts Ginger powder - optional 1 ts Freshly grated nutmeg 60 g Butter ½ c Golden syrup 1 ts Bicarbonate of soda |

Method
- Put flour, ginger, nutmeg and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
- Melt the butter and syrup in a saucepan and add the bicarbonate of soda and allow to fizz before adding to the flour mix.
- Put spoonfuls of mix on lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 160deg C. leave on tray a minutes before transferring onto wire rack to cool.
