Superb Pineapple Beer
Makes approximately 6 litresIngredientsPeel of 1 Pineapple6 litres Lukewarm Water 750 ml (3 cups) Huletts White Sugar 125 ml ( ½ cup) Chopped Raisins 10 g (1 packet) Dried Yeast |

Method
- Make sure the peel is really clean. Scrub it very well, then rinse thoroughly. Cut up the peel roughly.
- Mix the peel, water, sugar and raisins in a large container. Sprinkle the yeast over the surface and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
- Stir well and leave for 24 hours.
- Strain and bottle. Put the caps on the bottles after 12 hours.
- Store in a cool place.
