Tasty Apple Tart
Serves 10 IngredientsBase1 Extra Large Egg 125 ml (85 g) SUGAlite 62 ml ( ¼ cup) Fat Free Milk 250 ml (1 cup) Self-raising Flour 1 large tin (765 g) Sliced Pie Apples Sauce 1 tin (380 g) Low Fat Evaporated Milk 50 ml (34 g) SUGAlite 10 ml (2 tsp) Caramel Essence |

Method
Base- Beat the egg and SUGAlite together until light and creamy. Add the milk and sift in the flour. Mix well.
- Add the apples and pour the mixture into a greased 22 cm x 22 cm ovenproof dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30–40 minutes.
Sauce
- Boil the milk and SUGAlite over a low heat, stirring continuously.
- Remove from the stove and add caramel essence.
- Pour sauce over hot tart.
Recommend: 1 serving
