Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Makes 2 smoothies

Ingredients

2 Bananas, peeled and sliced
8–10 Strawberries, hulled and cut in half
250 ml (1 cup) Fat Free Plain Yoghurt
60 ml (41 g) SUGAlite
100 ml Fat Free Milk

Method

  1. Blend the bananas and strawberries together in a food processor.
  2. Add the yoghurt, SUGAlite and milk to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass.

Recommend: 1 glass per serving

Hint: To make different flavours, use seasonal fruit varieties.
