Tropical Fruit Smoothie
Makes 2 smoothiesIngredients2 Bananas, peeled and sliced8–10 Strawberries, hulled and cut in half 250 ml (1 cup) Fat Free Plain Yoghurt 60 ml (41 g) SUGAlite 100 ml Fat Free Milk |

Method
- Blend the bananas and strawberries together in a food processor.
- Add the yoghurt, SUGAlite and milk to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
Recommend: 1 glass per serving
Hint: To make different flavours, use seasonal fruit varieties.
