Vanilla Ice Cream
Serves 6Ingredients1 tin (380 g) Low Fat Evaporated Milk, chilled well250 g (1 tub) Fat Free Cottage Cheese 125 ml (85 g) SUGAlite 5 ml (1 tsp) Vanilla Essence |

Method
- Beat the evaporated milk with the beater on full speed until it is fluffy. Add the cottage cheese and continue beating.
- Slowly add the SUGAlite, beating all the time, and then beat in the vanilla essence. The mixture should be fluffy and firm.
- Pour into an ice cream container, place in the coldest place in the refrigerator and freeze overnight.
